The Management of Nascom Global Services Limited commits to ensure that its operations and businesses will comply with all relevant health, safety, security and environmental standards and regulations within and across the jurisdictions of its business dealings and operations. NGSL will prioritize and be responsive to the health, safety, security of its People (Personnel, Clients and other external Stakeholders) and that of the environment of its operations in accordance with all relevant applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards and going the extra mile to take additional precautions if required also to ensure the health, safety, security of its people and the environment.
NGSL in pursuit of its quality management system shall maintain periodic audit and review its processes, policies, goals and objectives. The effectiveness of our QHSE-MS shall be measured and monitored through the evaluation of the set objectives with key performance indicators in order to ensure continual improvement.

- Require its entire People (Personnel, Clients and other external Stakeholders) to comply with this policy.
- Protection of employees’ health & safety by creating an incident and injury free operations through employees’ participation and implementation of safe systems work.
- Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards as well as take any additional measures considered necessary.
- Competence assurance by increasing the system awareness to all employees, through relevant trainings, orientation programs, and provision of work instructions & information required for the safe execution of projects.
- Prevention of industrial risk associated with our operations and processes; ensuring they are identified, assessed & controlled too as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
- Effective communication, supervision, monitoring and consultation with employees in all matters relating to health, safety and environment in the workplace to ensure effective implementation of the HSE-MS processes.
- Preservation of the work environment by ensuring our activities and processes are adequately managed as required for the safe delivery of products and services to our clients.
This HSE policy shall be made public and available to all of our People (Personnel, Clients and other external Stakeholders). “Safety starts and continues with me”!!!!
